Social Entrepreneur 

           Jonathan Carr, a recent college graduate, is an innovative and self driven entrepreneur that has fostered sustainable development throughout the community of Orlando. Through working with the University of Central Florida Wellness & Health Promotion Services, the UCF Arboretum and Knights Pantry he has successfully created and expanded educational programs that produce fresh organic produce for underprivileged students in the UCF community. Carr has served as a Mycology Undergraduate T.A. for several years, conducted field and laboratory research and currently leads weekly educational workshops, garden volunteer shifts and community projects involving urban agriculture, food security, bioremediation and sustainable development.
